First floor – main residence

The covered entrance is accessible via the balcony. The entrance hall features a cloakroom and leads into the living room. The living room has a wood-burning stove and double French doors opening onto the spacious south-facing balcony, offering unobstructed views of the mountain landscape.

The separate kitchen was refurbished in 2020 and is fitted with, amongst other things, an induction hob and an oven/microwave. Adjacent to this is a practical utility room with a fridge and freezer.

On this floor are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a refurbished bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedroom at the front has direct access to the balcony.

Ground floor (self-contained flat)

Renovation and modernisation 2020–2025

The chalet underwent extensive renovation and modernisation between 2020 and 2025. The main works carried out were:

- drainage system renewed;

- electrical installation completely renewed;

- both bathrooms completely refurbished;

- both kitchens refurbished;

- new Mitsubishi air-conditioning system for heating and cooling installed (2025);

- new modern electric wall-mounted heaters installed;

- new wooden balconies on both the ground and first floors, constructed entirely from untreated larch timber (with natural weathering);

- wood-fired barrel sauna installed;

- exterior paintwork on the chalet and garage renewed;

- insect screens fitted.

Thanks to these extensive renovation works, the chalet is ready to move into immediately and, if desired, is also ideally suited for letting.

Accessibility and garage

The chalet comes with its own private garage (CHF 35.000.), situated approximately 100 metres away. The chalet can be reached from the garage via a partly paved and easily accessible path, both in summer and winter.

The Mörel–Riederalp gondola, which provides direct access to the Aletsch Arena, is just a few minutes’ walk from the chalet.
